Jennifer AnistonĀ has been seen for the first time since herĀ father John Aniston passed away on Friday at the age of 89.
The 53-year-old actress was wearing an all black outfit with her honey blonde hair down as she was spotted on the Los Angeles set of the third season of The Morning Show on Wednesday afternoon.
Shooting has been taking place all fall of this year with her costars Reese Witherspoon and Billy Crudup as well as newcomer Jon Hamm. The third season returns to Apple TV+ in 2023.

Jennifer wore a skintight black top that had a turtleneck as she added high waisted slacks that had a skirt fall off to one side.
The looker added strappy heels as well as a gold cuff bracelet that matched her hoop earrings and her gold-rimmed beige tinted aviator sunglasses.
She appeared to be in a solemn mood as she failed to crack a smile, which is understandable considering her father just passed away last week.
Also on Wednesday, Jennifer posted a clip to her Instagram Stories where she asked, ‘Are you celebrating life today?’ The video showed young boys dancing as she added a party emoji.

And in December the star will have to promote Murder Mystery 2 with Adam Sandler which will come out February 10, 2023.
The Friends veteran has been ‘heartbroken,’ a source told the new issue ofĀ UsWeekly.
‘Itās heartbreaking for her to be dealing with this but sheās focusing on what a wonderful legacy her dad is leaving behind and trying to help Sherry in any way she can,’ said a source.
John married Sherry Rooney, in 1984 and the pair share son Alexander.

Jenniferās mother, Nancy Dow, died at age 79 in 2016.
The insider added: ‘He adored Jen and was so proud of everything sheās achieved.’
The actress took to Instagram to pay tribute to her dad with a slew of snaps of them together over the years.
The Cake star and her father had endured a famously difficult relationship but they reconciled before his death, as she previously detailed calling him every day during the coronavirus pandemic.

John was best known for his role on Days Of Our Lives. His first role on the show was as Dr. Eric Richards in 1969 but he departed the show after one year
He returned to the soap opera as Victor Kiriakis from July 1985, playing the character for more than three decades.
The part earned him a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2017 and he received a Daytime Emmy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022
Jennifer spoke about her parents’ divorce in 1999 in an interview with Rolling Stone, saying it was the most ‘painful’ time of her life, before she reconciled with her father.
She said: ‘My mom told me. I went to a birthday party, and when I came back, she said, āYour fatherās not going to be around here for a little while.ā

‘She didnāt say he was gone forever. I donāt know if I blocked it, but I just remember sitting there, crying, not understanding that he was gone.
‘I donāt know what I did later that night or the next day. I donāt remember anything other than it being odd that all of a sudden my father wasnāt there. And he was gone for a while. About a year.’
She revealed she never heard from him once during that period, and explained: ‘He just called one day and said, āLetās go see The Fantastickes.ā
‘So we had a little dinner and saw the show. After that, I started seeing him on weekends, and this new way of life just unfolded.’
Jennifer said she was desperate to please him so he wouldn’t leave her again and that she asked him why he left.

‘Like I said, heās not a good communicator. Maybe if my parents had talked more. There were signs, but also, knowing my father, he probably didnāt say anything.
‘But, as best he could, my dad explained and apologised, and itās enough. Weāve made up. Thereās still parts that are hard for me, but Iām an adult. I canāt blame my parents anymore.’
She described her father as ‘Tall, six feet two inches; a gentle giant, really. One of the nicest men youāll ever meet. Unbelievably shy and funny.’
In 2020,Ā The Mail on Sunday reported that Jennifer had reconciled with her father and had rang him every day during the pandemic.
A source said: ‘Jen forgave her father for walking out a long time ago. But their relationship has had its ups and downs.
‘Jennifer didn’t speak to him for ages. But since the coronavirus crisis she has been on the phone almost every day. And not just brief conversations.’

The insider added: ‘It’s like she has realised life is very short and she wants her relationship with John to be the best it can be. He’s thrilled that they have reconciled.’

‘I am so grateful that you went soaring into the heavens in peace – and without pain. And on 11/11 no less!
‘You always had perfect timing. That number will forever hold an even greater meaning for me now. Iāll love you till the end of time.’
She added: ‘Donāt forget to visit.’
John also had a son, Alexander, with his second wife, Sherry Rooney whom he met while co-starring on Love of Life.
They had a bond: He often supported her at her red carpet events in the 1990s
In an interview several years ago, John was asked how he would like to be remembered.
After thinking about it for a moment, he replied simply, ‘He was a good actor.’
Her father’s passing comes after Jennifer spoke about the pain of her parents’ divorce and forgiving both her mother and father later in life.
Speaking to AllureĀ last week, she said: ‘I think my momās divorce really screwed her up.’
But after years of reflection, she’s now able to see some of the limitations someone from her mother’ generation had to go through.
‘Back in that generation it wasnāt like, “Go to therapy, talk to somebody. Why don’t you start microdosing?” You’re going through life and picking up your child with tears on your face and you don’t have any help,’ she added, in an apparent reference to her mother’s situation.
